How well does OIL OFF work relative to other popular hand cleaners?
Our product is an exemplary cleaner. You won’t find a product that works faster and is more effective to clean even the dirtiest of hands. OIL OFF is the highest choice environmentally speaking. Simply using OIL OFF helps us all.

Is it safe for children?
Yes, OIL OFF is completely safe for children. While we do ask that our clients keep OIL OFF out of the reach of children, under adult supervised conditions, it is safe for them to use.

Will it dry my skin?
No. OIL OFF has a perfect balance of conditioners, which leave the skin refreshed, and all-natural cleaning agents that are relentless on dirt, grime, and oil.

Working with machines, I often get cuts and scrapes and the soaps I use to clean my hands sometimes burn or irritate my wounds. Will OIL OFF do the same?
No. OIL OFF will not sting. Nor will it expose you to the toxins present in many of the other hand cleaners which can cause other complications.

We use pumice cleaners a lot and it cleans pretty well but it tends to rip up my skin and over time it clogs our drains. Will OIL OFF rip my skin and clog my drains?
No. OIL OFF will not rip your skin or clog your drains because it contains no harsh abrasives like pumice which does both!

Sometimes I work without running water nearby, can I use OIL OFF without water?
Yes. OIL OFF can be used with or without water, which gives you the convenience you want when you are on the go. All you need is Oil Off and a clean towel to dry your hands.

Is it safe around pets and animals?
Yes. While OIL OFF is for external use only, it is safe to use around pets.

I was changing the oil in my car and got some of it in my hair. Will it clean my hair?
Yes. Like most other hair care products you want to keep it out of your eyes, but it is very effective in removing the oil from your hair.
 

What happens if I get it in my eyes?
It may cause eye irritation. If it does, simply rinse the eyes with water. If irritation persists see a doctor.

Will it rid my skin of petroleum or hydro-carbon odors?
Yes. If OIL OFF is applied prior to exposure, the odor is almost completely eliminated after exposure if you then clean your hands with more OIL OFF. If not applied prior to exposure, OIL OFF will still reduce much of the odor when used as directed.

Are there any other special attributes that I should be aware of?
Yes. Not only is OIL OFF a stellar hand cleaner, it is also an excellent preemptive skin protector. When applied prior to exposure to petroleum or hydrocarbon based products (gasoline, motor oil, grease, oil based paint, petroleum jelly, fiber glass resin, tar, etc.), OIL OFF will form a protective layer around the skin which will only require water to rid your skin of the dirt, grease or grime. It will wash right off and down the drain.

What should I do if OIL OFF is ingested?
OIL OFF is an all natural product that is 100% organic. It is completely non-hazardous. But if our product is accidentally ingested, we suggest that you drink plenty of water. If sickness occurs or persists, please seek medical attention.
