What is B-DG? This is very simple… There is only one surface cleaner that can clean everything concerning your machines: B-DG.
B-DG stands for Biodegradable Degreaser and it’s safe for use on all types of surfaces: wood, glass, metal, plastic, concrete, etc. What’s even better, B-DG will not craze plastics or other synthetic surfaces. B-DG consists of instantly biodegradable organic penetrating agents that will work loose the most stubborn soils, grease, and oil emulsifying agents, to make hazardous material more manageable for the environment.
Some formulations use high pH (12 +) primarily when cleaning a surface. They literally “burn” off the residues. These types of cleaners do not dilute very far and remain effective. They also are more hazardous to the people using them and the environment they are used in and rinsed into. B-DG uses an assortment of compounds to accomplish the same result with a much safer pH of about 10. The pH remains stable over wide dilution ranges and it does not present the irritation factors of a high pH to the skin, eyes, plumbing, or the toxicity to waste water treatment.
